Planning is it is the most important in the engineering area, for this case study that is being applied in the financial executive replanning of the restoration work on the highway BR-282 / SC CREMA 2ª ETAPA is the adjusted budget, also called forecast. Due to the current circumstance of the market and even the contractor company itself it is extremely necessary to update information from the initial budget. This is a method of forecasting, analyzing and reviewing the budget and aims to learn how to identify and adapt to the new variations. The reviews are carried out in the updated volumes of production, invoicing, direct costs and indirect costs, so that the managerial analyzes are made searching for new strategies with the team in the quest to maintain or even improve the initially expected result for the work. In this way the productivity of the main services of the contract was updated, the monthly feasibility according to the particularities of the region of the work, the updated costs generating updated performance analysis. The information was obtained from the history of the work and the database of the company SCER LTDA. The result for the year 2017 is compared to the initial planning and detailed replanning through the "S" curve chart. Therefore, the company will assign forecast results as its new goals and strategies for the current year.
