Resumo: | The study presented in this article is linked to the Ministry of Education's (MEC) national policy to improve teacher training, which, through decentralized projects and programs with Brazilian universities, especially public universities, has been implemented with incentives for inclusion. of research activities related to the process of teacher education. In its theoretical field, the investigation is based on the reflective approach of authors and researchers who discuss the theme of teacher-researcher training. In the empirical field of research, references support the analysis and composition of data: (1) Partial Report of the National Scientific Training Group; (2) Scientific Initiation Pilot Project (2021), developed by the team at the Federal University of Maranhão (UFMA) within the scope of the Open University of Brazil (UAB); and, still, (3) Answers to the questionnaire applied to the group of forty-two students in the orientation and finalization phase of the End of Course Work (TFC). It is possible to understand that teaching-research, together with extension activities, represent academic stimuli that govern the functioning of all public universities, and in the case of UAB it is no different. Therefore, some of the main actions to encourage the UAB community have been intensified through the prospection of studies and research, especially in the theoretical and practical field of an innovative concept for the formation of a professor-researcher, that is, the insertion of the research theme in Pedagogical projects for undergraduate courses is a requirement for improving training, mainly due to the strengthening and improvement of technological tools applied to education. |

El estudio presentado en este artículo está vinculado a la política nacional del Ministerio de Educación (MEC) para mejorar la formación docente, la cual, a través de proyectos y programas descentralizados con universidades brasileñas, especialmente universidades públicas, se ha implementado con incentivos para la inclusión de actividades de investigación relacionadas al proceso de formación del profesorado. En su campo teórico, la investigación se fundamenta en el enfoque reflexivo de autores e investigadores que discuten el tema de la formación docente-investigador. En el campo empírico de la investigación, las referencias respaldan el análisis y la composición de los datos: (1) Informe Parcial del Grupo Nacional de Formación Científica; (2) Proyecto Piloto de Iniciación Científica (2021), desarrollado por el equipo de la Universidad Federal de Maranhão (UFMA) en el ámbito de la Universidad Abierta de Brasil (UAB); y, aún, (3) Respuestas al cuestionario aplicado al grupo de cuarenta y dos estudiantes en la fase de orientación y finalización del Trabajo Final de Curso (TFC). Es posible entender que la docencia-investigación, junto con las actividades de extensión, representan estímulos académicos que rigen el funcionamiento de todas las universidades públicas, y en el caso de la UAB no es diferente. Por ello, algunas de las principales acciones de incentivo a la comunidad UAB se han intensificado a través de la prospección de estudios e investigaciones, especialmente en el campo teórico y práctico de un concepto innovador para la formación de un docente investigador, es decir, la inserción del tema Investigación en los proyectos pedagógicos de los cursos de licenciatura es un requisito para la mejora de la formación, principalmente por el fortalecimiento y mejoramiento de las herramientas tecnológicas aplicadas a la educación.O estudo apresentado neste artigo articula-se à política nacional de melhoria da formação de professores do Ministério da Educação (MEC), que, por meio de projetos e programas descentralizados junto às universidades brasileiras, principalmente as públicas, vem sendo implementada com incentivo à inclusão de atividades de pesquisa relacionadas ao processo de formação docente. Em seu campo teórico, a investigação fundamenta-se na abordagem reflexiva de autores e pesquisadores que discutem a temática formação do professor-pesquisador. No campo empírico da pesquisa, referenciais subsidiam à análise e composição dos dados: (1) Relatório Parcial do Grupo Nacional de Formação Cientifica; (2) Projeto Piloto de Iniciação Cientifica (2021), desenvolvido pela equipe da Universidade Federal do Maranhão (UFMA) no âmbito da Universidade Aberta do Brasil (UAB); e, ainda, (3) Respostas ao questionário aplicado ao grupo de quarenta e dois discentes em fase de orientação e finalização do Trabalho de Final de Curso (TFC). É possível compreender que o ensino-pesquisa, aliados às atividades de extensão, representam estímulos acadêmicos que regem o funcionamento de todas universidades públicas, e no caso da UAB não é diferente.
