The challenges of implementing the bachelor's Degrees offered by the Open University of Brazil at the Federal Institute of Mato Grosso in Cuiabá

Resumo: | This research, an initial part of a Postdoctoral internship at UCDB-MS, aims to trace the profile of professor formador of the Open University of Brazil/IFMT and verify the challenges for the implementation of undergraduate courses offered via UAB/IFMT - Campus Cuiabá - Octayde Jorge da Silva. To meet our objectives, we adopt a qualitative approach, of a descriptive-explanatory nature. To carry out the research, we first developed a mapping, with bibliographic and documentary research, about the offer of bachelor's degrees at UAB at the Cuiabá Campus of IFMT; in a second moment the application of an online questionnaire, in order to weave the profile of the research subjects participating in the process of implementation of the bachelor's courses of the UAB-IFMT in addition to verifying the challenges about these bachelor's degrees and finally, we articulate the collected data. We selected two offers as a research locus, the degree in Pedagogy and pedagogical complementation, both offered by the Cuiabá Campus, and applied the online questionnaire in the Teaching Trainers of these courses. The results obtained show that, although the Teacher Trainers are Masters and Doctors, the absence of a specific training to work with the platform and interact with the students of the courses surveyed was configured as one of the challenges for the implementation of these courses, contributing to the difficulty of interaction with the students and execution of some actions of the platform. |

Para cumplir con nuestros objetivos, adoptamos un enfoque cualitativo, de carácter descriptivo-explicativo. Para llevar a cabo la investigación, primero desarrollamos un mapeo, con investigación bibliográfica y documental, sobre la oferta de licenciaturas en la UAB en el Campus Cuiabá de IFMT; en un segundo momento la aplicación de un cuestionario online, con el fin de tejer el perfil de las asignaturas de investigación que participan en el proceso de implementación de los cursos de licenciatura de la UAB-IFMT además de verificar los retos sobre estas licenciaturas y finalmente, articulamos los datos recogidos. Seleccionamos dos ofertas como locus de investigación, el grado en Pedagogía y complementación pedagógica, ambas ofrecidas por el Campus de Cuiabá, y aplicamos el cuestionario online en los Entrenadores Docentes de estos cursos. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran que, aunque los Formadores Docentes son Maestros y Doctores, la ausencia de una formación específica para trabajar con la plataforma e interactuar con los alumnos de los cursos encuestados se configuró como uno de los retos para la puesta en marcha de estos cursos, contribuyendo a la dificultad de interacción con los alumnos y la ejecución de algunas acciones de la plataforma.Esta pesquisa, parte inicial de um estágio de Pós-Doutoramento na UCDB-MS, tem por objetivo traçar o perfil do Professor Formador da Universidade Aberta do Brasil/IFMT e verificar os desafios para a implementação dos cursos de licenciaturas oferecidos via UAB/IFMT – Campus Cuiabá - Octayde Jorge da Silva. Para cumprir com nossos objetivos, adotamos uma abordagem qualitativa, de natureza descritivo-explicativa. Para efetivação da pesquisa, primeiro desenvolvemos um mapeamento, com pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, acerca da oferta das licenciaturas na UAB no Campus de Cuiabá do IFMT; em um segundo momento a aplicação de um questionário online, a fim de tecer o perfil dos sujeitos de pesquisa participantes no processo de implementação dos cursos de licenciatura da UAB-IFMT além de verificar os desafios acerca destas licenciaturas e por fim, articulamos os dados coletados. Selecionamos duas ofertas como lócus de pesquisa, a licenciatura em Pedagogia e a Complementação Pedagógica, ambas oferecidas pelo Campus Cuiabá, e aplicamos o questionário online nos Professores Formadores destes cursos.
