Resumo: The present article deals with the contexts of social metamorphosis lived in Brazil in the 21st century, in the period called postmodernity, in view of the new parameters of Social Security established by Constitutional Amendment No. 103 of 2019, of viewing perspectives of the effects of that reform on Brazilian society. This paper aims to make an epistemological outline of postmodernity and its characterization against the scenario of changes in the Brazilian social security proposed by the Constitutional Amendment No. 103 of 2019, known as the pension reform, in order to draw socioeconomic horizons for the present. and the future. Due to the theoretical character of the object of study, the methodology used was that of bibliographical research on the subject in Brazilian and foreign literature. The primary source of the research was titles contained in the SciELO, Capes, Virtual Libraries databases, as well as statistical research provided by Brazilian and foreign entities. Thus, a critical analysis was perfectized in which it was evident that Brazil's public welfare system is not associated with the scenario of mutability and instability shaped by postmodern society and that the need to find new horizons is strongly felt. regarding the criteria for obtaining benefits adapted to future temporal perspectives and peculiar social characteristics such as the vast Brazilian territory and its diversity in the way and quality of life of the various places in the country.

Este documento tiene como objetivo hacer un bosquejo epistemológico de la posmodernidad y su caracterización frente al escenario de cambios en la seguridad social brasileña propuesto por la Enmienda Constitucional No. 103 de 2019, conocida como la reforma de las pensiones, con el fin de dibujar horizontes socioeconómicos para el presente. y el futuro Debido al carácter teórico del objeto de estudio, la metodología utilizada fue la de investigación bibliográfica sobre el tema en la literatura brasileña y extranjera. La fuente principal de la investigación fueron los títulos contenidos en las bases de datos SciELO, Capes, Bibliotecas virtuales, así como la investigación estadística proporcionada por entidades brasileñas y extranjeras. Por lo tanto, se perfeccionó un análisis crítico en el que era evidente que el sistema de bienestar público de Brasil no está asociado con el escenario de mutabilidad e inestabilidad configurado por la sociedad posmoderna y que se siente la necesidad de encontrar nuevos horizontes. con respecto a los criterios para obtener beneficios adaptados a las perspectivas temporales futuras y características sociales peculiares como el vasto territorio brasileño y su diversidad en la forma y calidad de vida de los distintos lugares del país.O presente artigo trata dos contextos de metamorfoses sociais vividas no Brasil no século XXI, no período denominado de pós-modernidade, frente aos novos parâmetros da Previdência Social estabelecidos pela Emenda Constitucional nº 103 de 2019, analisando perspectivas e efeitos da referida reforma na sociedade brasileira. Nesse horizonte, o trabalho objetiva realizar um recorte epistemológico da pós-modernidade e sua caracterização frente ao cenário de mudanças na Previdência Social brasileira, na linha do proposto pela Emenda Constitucional nº 103 de 2019, conhecida como a Reforma da Previdência, a fim de traçar horizontes socioeconômicos para o presente e o futuro. Devido ao caráter teórico do objeto de estudo, a metodologia utilizada foi a de pesquisa bibliográfica, com consulta às literaturas brasileira e estrangeira. A investigação teve como fonte primária títulos contidos nas bases de dados SciELO, Capes, Bibliotecas Virtuais, assim como pesquisas estatísticas fornecidas por entidades nacionais e internacionais.
