Identificar a Saúde como um direto de todo cidadão e os princípios do atendimento humanizado no contexto da atenção à saúde, tendo como referência, a Constituição Federal, o Humaniza SUS, a Lei n. 8.080, de 19 de setembro de 1990 e também identificar a humanização no atendimento ao recém-nascido prematuro e com baixo peso no desenvolvimento do Método Canguru. Pretende discutir a importância do atendimento humanizado, Art. 5º Dos Objetivos e Atribuições do Sistema Único de Saúde e o Programa Nacional de Humanização da Assistência Hospitalar. O procedimento metodológico utilizado foi a pesquisa bibliográfica e documental envolvendo a consulta dos relatórios de atendimento e registros realizados durante o período de estágio supervisionado em Serviço Social. O estudo conclui que a humanização no âmbito da Política de Saúde aponta para abertura de um diálogo reflexivo que contemple a importância do aprimoramento das relações que são tecidas cotidianamente no cenário da assistência hospitalar, com o propósito de ultrapassar as concepções tradicionais de saúde, apenas centradas na doença e em seus processos biofisiológicos, para incorporar e investir na relação entre profissionais e sujeitos adoecidos, reforçando a concepção de saúde como um direito que se materializa a partir de múltiplas determinações.This work aims to analyze and share ideas about the humanization of health care with a view to ensuring the rights and access to the service . Identify Health as a direct of all citizens and the principles of humane care in the context of health care, with reference to the Federal Constitution , the Humaniza SUS , Law n . 8,080, of September 19, 1990 and also identify the humanization of care to premature newborns with low weight in the development of Kangaroo Care . Discusses the importance of humane care Article 5 Purposes and Functions of the National Health System and the National Humanize Hospital. The approach used was the literature research documentary. Data were collected by searching readings of publications , articles , laws , Constitution and websites that address the issue . About Kangaroo Care to read is a little sparse for being a new subject and unheralded. We conclude that the humanization as Health Policy aims to open a dialogue reflective covering the importance of improved relations that are woven daily scenario of hospital care, in order to overcome the traditional concepts of health and just focused on disease in its biochemical process to incorporate and invest in the relationship between professionals and diseased subjects.
