Given the constant changes, crises, and instabilities of the current organizational environment that cause pressure and stress to the professionals, this study aims to analyze the differential factor in resilience professional exercise of Executive Secretary facing the internal conflicts of the organizational environment in which it is inserted. It is a descriptive, applied research and qualitative approach. Two instruments were used to survey data, a questionnaire and an interview, applied with five professionals who perform activities such as receptionists and Secretaries in a clinic in the city of Aracaju/SE. The study presents in your development, the current organizational environment and the changes that involve and brings the resilience as skill/competence essential to cope and overcome stress and crises caused by an environment as changeable. It was also presented the new professional profile of Secretariat, which is constantly in evolution. In general, this analysis concluded that resilience is a differential skill and that added to the professional profile of the Executive Secretariat becomes essential, generating positive results both personal as professionally, reaching the Organization as a whole.
