Resumo: This research sought to understand from a critical discourse analysis if/how legislation guarantees reproductive rights and sexual rights aimed at women with disabilities. For this, it was necessary to understand how society understands all individuals with disabilities and to go through the world and Brazilian panorama on the concepts, movements and struggles of this population. Documentary research was based on Fairclough's adapted proposal with threedimensional discourse analysis. The search took place from the framework of the document of the Federal Constitution of 1988, on the websites of the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Women and the search in REFLEGIS, obeying the descriptors/key words found below; legislations were checked if they were in force and analyzed in response to the guiding question and objectives of this research. In short, the listed laws were not enacted only to support women with disabilities regarding reproductive rights and sexual rights, despite guaranteeing them. There is a need for greater specifications in the laws for the object of study and productions in the area in question.

Para isso foi preciso perceber como a sociedade entende todos os sujeitos com deficiência e percorrer o panorama mundial e brasileiro sobre os conceitos, movimentos e lutas dessa população. A pesquisa documental foi baseada na proposta adaptada de Fairclough com análise tridimensional do discurso. A busca ocorreu a partir do marco do documento da Constituição Federal de 1988, nos sites do Ministério da Saúde, do Ministério da Mulher e busca no REFLEGIS, obedecendo aos descritores/palavras chave encontradas abaixo; as legislações foram conferidas se em vigência e analisadas em resposta à questão norteadora e aos objetivos desta pesquisa. Em suma, as legislações elencadas não foram promulgadas somente para respaldar as mulheres com deficiência quanto aos direitos reprodutivos e aos direitos sexuais, apesar de garanti-los.
