Gênero e Diversidade na Escola.Devido à necessidade de entender mais sobre a inclusão de estudantes com deficiência e as novas demandas e desafios que ela tem apresentado para a escola como um todo e, em particular para a Educação Física, o objetivo deste trabalho foi analisar as práticas pedagógicas de Professores/as de Educação Física que ministram aulas para estudantes com deficiência incluídos/as na escola regular. Para esse fim, foram entrevistados/as 4 professores/as de Educação Física que atuam em escolas de Porto Alegre. A pesquisa, de cunho qualitativo, teve como instrumento para coleta das informações uma entrevista semiestruturada e utilizou-se a análise de conteúdo categorial temática. Nessa perspectiva, os resultados indicaram que os/as educadores/as utilizam diferentes estratégias para promover a inclusão dos/as estudantes com deficiência nas aulas de Educação Física, como planejar as aulas para que os/as alunos/as com deficiência possam realizar as mesmas tarefas que os/as alunos/as sem deficiência, mas nem sempre conseguem realizar práticas em conjunto. Para alguns/mas docentes, a prática tem muito significado, pois através dela aprendem a lidar com os obstáculos que surgem para a inclusão. Foi verificado que há diferentes níveis de formação profissional no que diz respeito à inclusão educacional de estudantes com deficiência. Quando se depararam com as dificuldades em lidar com a inclusão no ensino regular, os/as entrevistados/as buscaram qualificação por conta própria. Além disso, foi possível observar que eles/as têm diferentes concepções sobre o significado da inclusão, o que também pode ser observado na literatura, onde ainda não há um consenso, uma definição exata. Outro ponto importante a destacar, é que na Educação Física muitas vezes, acaba prevalecendo uma cultura desportiva e competitiva, e isso dificulta ainda mais a inclusão. Por fim, ressalta-se a importância das políticas de inclusão e do investimento em formações como formas de oferecer subsídios para orientar estes/as professores/as na promoção de uma educação inclusiva de qualidade.Due to the need to understand more about the inclusion of disabled students and the new demands and challenges that it has showed the school as a whole and, especially to the Physical Education, the purpose of this study was to analyze the pedagogical practices Physical Education Teachers who teach classes to disabled students included in the regular school. For this, four Physical Education teachers who work in Porto Alegre schools were interviewed. The research, of qualitative character, had as instrument to collect the information a semi-structured interview and analysis of thematic categorical content was used. In this perspective, the results indicated that teachers use different strategies to promote the inclusion of disabled students in physical education classes, like planning the classes so that students with disabilities can do the same activities that the students without disabilities do, but they are not always able to work together. For some teachers, the practice has much meaning, because through it they learn to deal with the obstacles that arise for the inclusion. Regarding the training of these professionals it was verified that there are different levels of training concerning the educational inclusion of students with disability. When they have the difficulty to deal with the inclusion in regular education, the interviewees sought self-qualification. Besides that, it was possible to observe that they have different conceptions about the meaning of inclusion, which can also be observed in the literature, where there is not an agreement, an exact definition. Another important point to highlight is that in the Physical Education often prevails a sporting and competitive culture, and this hinders the inclusion even more.
