Work as an educational principle: meanings of the reform of the High School and the new General National Curriculum Guidelines for Professional and Technological Education

Resumo: This text seeks, using the Law nº 13415/2017 and the Resolution CNE/CP nº 1, of January 5th, 2021, to investigate how the work category is presented in the current educational public policies of Middle-Level Technical Professional Education, understanding its implications for the training of the working world. The methodology used was the content analysis of the following categories: work, work as an educational principle and integral training. Documentary and bibliographic research were also used. Through the analysis, it was noticed that the training for the working world, occurs in a light and shallow way, with the objective of forming a multipurpose worker, flexible and in a state of employability.

La metodología utilizó análisis de contenido de las categorías: trabajo, trabajo como principio educativo y formación integral. También se utilizaron investigaciones documentales y bibliográficas. El análisis destacó que la formación para el mundo del trabajo se da de forma ligera y superficial, con el objetivo de formar un trabajador polivalente, flexible y en condiciones de empleabilidad.Este texto busca, por meio da Lei nº 13415/2017 e da Resolução CNE/CP nº 1, de 5 de janeiro de 2021, investigar como a categoria trabalho se apresenta nas atuais políticas públicas educacionais da Educação Profissional Técnica de Nível Médio, objetivando compreender as suas implicaturas na formação para o mundo do trabalho. A metodologia utilizou-se da análise de conteúdo das categorias: trabalho, trabalho como princípio educativo e formação integral. Foram usadas ainda as pesquisas documental e bibliográfica.
