Resumo: The death presupposes the life, which requires protection and respect to the dignity that carries. This article claims to the orthotonasia, a normal death in time and forms, supported by ethical standards of protection to the human being and full of juridical tutelages. The personality rights deal with the discussions about the end of life. The magnitude of the personality rights, expressed by its object, aligned to the main characteristics, gives a safe framework to the essential iter, inevitable end of all humans, in worthy concepts.

Los derechos de personalidad, conducen a las discusiones del fin de la vida. La magnitud de los derechos de personalidad, manifestada por su objeto, en consonancia a las principales características, fornece la estructura segura al innegable iter, irrevocable fin de todos, en moldes dignos.A morte é pressuposta à vida, fase derradeira, demanda proteção e respeito à dignidade que porta. Reivindica-se a ortotanásia, morte em tempo e modo escorreitos, estribada em éticos padrões de amparo ao ser humano e plexo de tutelas jurídicas. Os direitos de personalidade, conduzem as discussões do fim da vida.
