Personality Rights and the Principle of Human Dignity

Resumo: The person rights are related to the inherent rights of a person. It is everything that it is essential for him/her. Human dignity is a supreme value and merits of the Law Democratic Rule, it refers to the minimum conditions of human person existence, whether property or not. The legal recognition of human dignity requires the protection of the personality rights. The relationship between these fundamental rights to human beings is the object of this brief study.

Es todo aquello que se vuelve esencial. La dignidad humana es valor supremo y fundamento del Estado Democrático de Derecho, se refiere a las condiciones mínimas de existencia de la persona humana, sean materiales o no. El reconocimiento jurídico de la dignidad humana presupone la protección de los derechos de personalidad. La relación entre estos derechos fundamentales al ser humano es objeto de este breve estudio.Os direitos da personalidade se referem aos direitos inerentes à pessoa. É tudo aquilo que lhe é essencial. A dignidade humana é valor supremo e fundamento do Estado Democrático de Direito, refere-se às condições mínimas de existência da pessoa humana, sejam materiais ou não. O reconhecimento jurídico da dignidade humana pressupõe a proteção dos direitos da personalidade.
