The theme of this research is focused on individual rights and fundamental rights emphasizing on the human dignity principle. Given this context we must highlight the developments in the Federal Constitution, a milestone that gave greater emphasis to these rights. The goal of this article is to differentiate the personal rights and fundamental rights common points, so far it will be presented both elements differentiating them. Highlighting the repersonalization law relating to the person valuation, showing the contours as it was posted in the past. |
