Resumo: This study aimed to discuss and understand the challenges faced by elementary school teachers in the use of digital resources in teaching and learning processes in remote classes in a rural school in the city of Denise-MT. The research was qualitative in nature, using a questionnaire and on-site observation. The research participants were teachers at the Joaquim Augusto da Costa Marques State School. A school in Campo do Capo located in the Municipality of Denise-MT. The results show that the challenges faced by elementary school teachers regarding the use of digital resources in teaching and learning processes in remote classes were diverse, which consisted of training for the use of digital resources, having the participation of students in synchronous classes, connection of internet, data package availability and achieving the goals set for remote classes. The most used features were the instant messaging app, Microsoft Teams platform and google meet. However, it is evident that, in the teachers' perception, the challenges imposed on them should still be means of adaptation linked to theory and practice with technologies in the teaching and learning processes. Digital technologies can be valuable resources in teaching and learning processes, even with the different difficulties between them experienced in remote learning.

La investigación fue de naturaleza cualitativa, utilizando un cuestionario y observación in situ. Los participantes de la investigación fueron profesores de la Escuela Estatal Joaquim Augusto da Costa Marques. Una escuela en Campo do Capo ubicada en el municipio de Denise-MT. Los resultados muestran que fueron diversos los desafíos que enfrentaron los docentes de primaria en cuanto al uso de los recursos digitales en los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje en clases remotas, los cuales consistieron en capacitaciones para el uso de recursos digitales, contando con la participación de los estudiantes en clases sincrónicas, conexión de Internet, disponibilidad de paquetes de datos y consecución de los objetivos establecidos para las clases remotas. Las funciones más utilizadas fueron la aplicación de mensajería instantánea, la plataforma Microsoft Teams y google meet. Sin embargo, es evidente que, en la percepción de los docentes, los desafíos que se les imponen deben seguir siendo medios de adaptación vinculados a la teoría y la práctica con las tecnologías en los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje. Las tecnologías digitales pueden ser recursos valiosos en los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje, incluso con las diferentes dificultades que se experimentan entre ellas en el aprendizaje a distancia.Esse estudo teve como objetivo discutir e compreender os desafios enfrentados por professores do ensino fundamental, no uso de recursos digitais nos processos de ensino e aprendizagem nas aulas remotas em uma escola do campo no município de Denise-MT. A pesquisa teve uma natureza qualitativa com uso de questionário e observação in loco. Os participantes da pesquisa foram professores da Escola Estadual Joaquim Augusto da Costa Marques. Uma escola do campo do capo localizada no Município de Denise-MT. Os resultados mostram que os desafios enfrentados por professores do ensino fundamental referente ao uso de recursos digitais nos processos de ensino e aprendizagem nas aulas remotas foram diversos que consistiram na formação para uso dos recursos digitais, ter a participação dos alunos nas aulas síncronas, conexão de internet, disponibilidade de pacote dados e alcançar os objetivos traçados para as aulas remotas. Os recursos mais utilizados foram o aplicativo de mensagem instantânea, plataforma Microsoft Teams e google meet. Com tudo, fica evidente que na percepção dos professores os desafios a eles impostos ainda deverão ser meios de adaptação ligados a teoria e prática com tecnologias nos processos de ensino e aprendizagem.
