Resumo: To report the experience on teaching-learning and the use of active methodologies of the thematic unit basic care for women's health in the Nursing course from the perspective of monitors. This is an account of the experience of students in the teaching-learning and monitoring of women's health in the pregnancy, puerperal and climacteric cycle, of the Bachelor of Nursing course of a University Center, located in Agreste Pernambucano. The experience took place between the months of August and December 2021, in which 05 teachers, 29 students, participated in the activities. The first stage of the teaching process was based on the theoretical basis in the teaching-learning of women's health, followed by the second stage, with the construction of practical skills in the thematic unit. The teaching strategies and resources used in the classes were dialogued expository classes, conversation circles, group debates and laboratory practices. It is considered that the teaching-learning process should be based on methodologies that stimulate creativity, criticality and students' autonomy in the construction of skills and competences. The monitoring practice allows student-monitors to improve their knowledge and practices on the subject, also allowing them to develop important skills in the area of teaching, in addition to sharing their previous experiences with students.

Se trata de un relato de la experiencia de alumnas en la enseñanza-aprendizaje y acompañamiento de la salud de la mujer en el ciclo gestacional, puerperal y climaterio, del curso de Licenciatura en Enfermería de un Centro Universitario, ubicado en Agreste Pernambucano. La experiencia se desarrolló entre los meses de agosto y diciembre de 2021, en la que participaron de las actividades 05 docentes, 29 alumnos. La primera etapa del proceso de enseñanza se basó en la base teórica en la enseñanza-aprendizaje de la salud de la mujer, seguida de la segunda etapa, con la construcción de habilidades prácticas en la unidad temática. Las estrategias y recursos didácticos utilizados en las clases fueron clases expositivas dialogadas, ruedas de conversación, debates grupales y prácticas de laboratorio. Se considera que el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje debe basarse en metodologías que estimulen la creatividad, la criticidad y la autonomía de los estudiantes en la construcción de habilidades y competencias. La práctica de seguimiento permite a los estudiantes-monitores mejorar sus conocimientos y prácticas sobre el tema, permitiéndoles también desarrollar importantes habilidades en el área de la docencia, además de compartir sus experiencias previas con los estudiantes.Relatar a experiência sobre o ensino-aprendizagem e o uso de metodologias ativas da unidade temática cuidado básico à saúde da mulher do curso de Enfermagem sob a ótica de monitores. Trata-se de um relato da experiência de discentes no ensino-aprendizagem e monitoria de saúde da mulher no ciclo gravídico, puerperal e climatério, do curso de Bacharelado de Enfermagem de um Centro Universitário, localizado no Agreste Pernambucano. A vivência aconteceu entre os meses de agosto e dezembro de 2021, a qual participaram das atividades 05 docentes, 29 discentes. A primeira etapa do processo de ensino se deu a partir do embasamento teórico no ensino-aprendizagem de saúde da mulher, seguida da segunda etapa, com a construção das habilidades práticas na unidade temática. As estratégias e recursos de ensino utilizados nas aulas foram aulas expositivas dialogadas, rodas de conversa, debates em grupos e práticas em laboratório. Considera-se que o processo de ensino-aprendizagem deve ser baseado em metodologias que estimulem a criatividade, a criticidade e a autonomia dos discentes na construção das habilidade e competências.
