Resumo: This monograph has as main scope a study where the importance of constant analysis and updating of aeronautical regulations and other standards adjacent to the development of Brazilian civil aviation is evaluated. It also provides a brief history of the main events, such as international conventions, historical innovations, starting from the beginning of aviation development to the present, including international treaties and conferences. The methodology used qualitatively addressed the study of aviation development along with its laws and regulations, which today are innumerable sources, causing effects, mainly in what concerns the aeronautical legislation, being this a factor of great importance for the growth of aviation, and reduction of bureaucracy alone but the acceleration of judgments involving issues pertaining to aeronautical regulations.

Traz também um breve histórico contendo os principais acontecimentos, como convenções internacionais, inovações históricas, partindo desde o princípio do desenvolvimento da aviação até os tempos atuais, abrangendo também os tratados internacionais e conferências.
