Resumo: | This work has as objective to show that the applications of agrochemicals using aircraft, has numerous advantages and is able to reach enough quality to satisfy the users of this service. The main advantages of aerial application in relation to terrestrial application in the phytosanitary control of pests and diseases have been demonstrated. The method used to demonstrate the aerial application quality was to conduct an experiment using a Pawnee PA25 type agricultural aircraft and hydrosensitive papers, the experiment consisted in simulating the application of agrochemicals using water, and to collect data from aerial spraying (water) it was used hydrosensitive papers simulating a soybean crop, where after the experiment was performed a paper analysis with specialized software, and thus the information on the density of drops produced by the aircraft was obtained and analyzed and later compared with the values required for an application has the expected efficiency. It is of great importance to highlight that the aerial application did not come to completely replace the equipment of terrestrial spraying, but to conciliate the spraying with the same one being able to realize services where by consequence of the terrain or income, the terrestrial equipment becomes less viable, as well agricultural aviation plays an important role in producer productivity. Always remembering that the technical parameters required to carry out a quality application in a way that achieves the expected result by the farmer / user must be respected. After analyzing the data obtained it is possible to conclude that agricultural aviation is able to meet the technical requirements for an efficient phytosanitary control. |

Foi demonstrada as principais vantagens da aplicação aérea em relação à aplicação terrestre no controle fitossanitário de pragas e doenças. O método utilizado para demonstrar a qualidade de aplicação aérea foi de conduzir um experimento utilizando uma aeronave agrícola do tipo PA25 Pawnee e papéis hidrossensíveis, o experimento consistiu em simular a aplicação de agroquímicos utilizando água, e para coletar os dados da pulverização aérea (água) foi utilizado papeis hidrossensíveis simulando uma cultura/lavoura de soja onde após o experimento foi realizado uma análise dos papéis com um software especializado, e assim foi obtido e analisada as informações sobre a densidade de gotas produzidas pela aeronave e posteriormente comparadas com os valores exigidos para que uma aplicação tenha a eficiência esperada. É de suma importância destacar que a aplicação aérea não veio para substituir completamente o equipamento de pulverização terrestre, e sim conciliar a pulverização com o mesmo sendo capaz de realizar serviços onde por conseqüência do terreno ou rendimento, o equipamento terrestre se torna menos viável, assim a aviação agrícola assume um importante papel na produtividade da colheita do produtor.
