Resumo: This work aimed to demonstrate the advantages of using aviation for the agricultural sector in relation to other types of similar equipment. For this, we chose the descriptive research, with procedures of bibliographical and documentary research, through articles, documents and reports, with a qualitative approach. Analyzing the results observed through the researches, it was possible to conclude that agricultural aviation presents several advantages when compared with similar equipment, both in the efficiency of its applications and in the safety of its operation, however it is necessary to ensure certain ideal conditions for it to be performed with their total quality, such as meteorology and flight conditions.

Para isso, optou-se pela pesquisa descritiva, com procedimentos de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, por meio de artigos, documentos e reportagens, com uma abordagem qualitativa.
