População feminina carcerária e possível desigualdade afetiva em relação aos presos masculinos

This monograph aimed to demonstrate whether it is possible to verify a significant dropout due to the gender that it outlines, when compared to a male prison population. To arrive at the proposed objective, use whether the deductive and qualiquantitative method, and as for the objectives, is classified as exploratory, with a qualitative and quantitative approach. As for the procedure used for data collection, bibliographic research is used, which involved different levels of reading and taking notes: exploratory, selective, analytical and interpretive reading, data collection through interviews with current social workers from both the Presidio Masculino from Tubarão, as well as from the Female Prison of Tubarão - SC (two assistants) who narrated, through their observation of years of local work, that they found a certain abandonment of the female gender that they outline. As for the results, it was found that when analyzing how visits to prisons in Tubarão - SC, it was found that there is a disproportionality of visits, given that in the overall balance of the year 2019 there is a greater flow of visits received by the male prison 6.42% (six point forty two percent) in relation to the flow of visits to the female prison. In the bibliographic survey, it was confirmed that women are doubly punished because by breaking the law she breaks the expected role of women in the eyes of society.
