Resumo: This paperwork is going to present the steps to disengage a power transmission range, showing step by step until the evaluation of a rural property. Furthermore, it will be demonstrated the proper methodology to determine the price of a rural property, including every unique rule and laws that are supposed to be followed by an engineer to proceed with the evaluation. Moreover, it will be exhibited the steps to obtain a trustworthy result of the realty. This value will be verified through a study with a rural property. Lastly, a appraisal will be analyzed and a new calculation of the property will be made through the study of some samples and comparing the final value with the former value and the explanation of the following steps if this evaluation was for a a power transmission range.

Além disto, será demonstrada qual metodologia adequada para determinar o preço de um imóvel rural. incluindo todas as regras e leis que devem ser seguidas por um engenheiro. Inclusive, serão apresentadas todas as etapas para conseguir um resultado confiável do valor do bem desejado. Este valor será comprovado a partir e um estudo de caso de um imóvel situado em região rural.
