Long walk unconcerned with the consequences of the aeronautical product in the environment, but thanks to the reality of the world today, things that until then were not as important, have been since man began to worry more about the that is for the future of the planet. From this point this project is born with the intention of showing that sustainability has been a word of great importance to the aviation agenda. an exploratory way research with analysis of research projects and aeronautical regulations was applied. Data analysis was done through summaries, assessed files documents and regulations in accordance with the theoretical foundation. When analyzing the results obtained from the research, it is concluded that the aviation industry is aware of its responsibility to the environment and is committed to reducing its environmental impact from its activities, either by noise emissions, impact on use soil or greenhouse gases. More efficient aircraft designs, the use of biofuels, responsible for infrastructure, applied goals, action planning and millions of invested dollars investment and, many other developments have been something increasingly common to promote an increasingly safe and clean aviation the environment.
