Resumo: Knowing the damages of an air accident as well as its risks the human life is essential to the existence of norms that govern civil aviation. In this sense, over the years attention has been paid to these needs and created some bodies such as ICAO, ANAC, and CENIPA that have been implementing some regulations. This work was carried out in order to know what actions have been taken to reduce accidents. Identify the minimum airport security requirements necessary to attend an aeronautical accident and verify the changes and changes that have occurred in risk management in recent years through a bibliographic search. The nature of the research was exploratory, with the collection of data in a documentary form, which, according to Santos (2000), is carried out in sources such as statistical tables, letters, opinions, photographs, minutes, reports, original works of any nature - (for example, painting, sculpture, drawing, etc.), notes, diaries, bills, speeches, maps, wills, inventories, informational, oral and written statements, certificates, personal or commercial correspondence, information documents filed in public offices, associations , churches, hospitals, unions. The data were obtained from sources such as bibliographical works, articles, journals, electronic and informative addresses of ANAC, INFRAERO, FAB that were related to the research and the analysis performed was the qualitative analysis of data encompasses the immersion of the researcher in the data, for the acquisition of familiarity with them, the search for the identification of patterns and themes, of relationships between them, that helps the researcher to understand them, and then present them as information and report them. During the exploration it was possible to observe that some airports do not have the necessary minimum requirements as well as the current national legislation are inflicted. It was noted that due to a large number of airports being adapted from military aerodromes do not have the necessary requirements for there to be an airport of qualities without major risks. In order to meet and correct these nonconformities, more investments are needed in civil aviation, thus ensuring operational safety that must be prepared to eradicate all types of accidents, even accidents or force majeure, thus providing for the total absence of incidents in the use of aircraft.

Neste sentido, no decorrer dos anos foram sendo dadas atenções a essas necessidades e criados alguns órgãos como a OACI, ANAC, e CENIPA que vem implementando algumas regulamentações. Este trabalho foi realizado a fim de saber quais atitudes vem sendo tomadas para a redução de acidentes. Identificar os requisitos mínimos de segurança aeroportuários necessários ao atendimento de um acidente aeronáutico e verificar as mudanças e alterações ocorridas no gerenciamento de riscos nos últimos anos através de uma pesquisa bibliográfica. A natureza da pesquisa foi de caráter exploratório, com a coleta de dados de forma documental, que, conforme Santos (2000), é realizada em fontes como tabelas estatísticas, cartas, pareceres, fotografias, atas, relatórios, obras originais de qualquer natureza – (pintura, escultura, desenho, etc), notas, diários, projetos de lei, ofícios, discursos, mapas, testamentos, inventários, informativos, depoimentos orais e escritos, certidões, correspondência pessoal ou comercial, documentos informativos arquivados em repartições públicas, associações, igrejas, hospitais, sindicatos. Os dados foram obtidos de fontes como obras bibliográficas, artigos, revistas, endereços eletrônicos e informativos da ANAC, INFRAERO, FAB que estiveram relacionados à pesquisa e a analise realizada foi a análise qualitativa de dados engloba a imersão do pesquisador nos dados, para aquisição de familiaridade com os mesmos, a busca pela identificação de padrões e temas, de relacionamentos entre eles, que ajude o pesquisador a compreendê-los, para, então, apresentá-los como informações e relatá-los. Durante a exploração foi possível observar que alguns aeroportos não possuem os requisitos mínimos necessários assim como a legislação nacional vigente são infligidas. Observou-se que devido um grande número de aeroporto ser adaptado de aeródromos militares não possuem os requisitos necessários para que haja um aeroporto de qualidades, sem grandes riscos.
