Resumo: The present work is analyzed as a possibility or impossibility to obtain the best results in an accumulated and additional form of insalubrity and dangerousness. Initially, aspects related to labor law were raised, addressing occupational safety and health. Afterwards, the others were considered considered, being explained in their own characteristics. For that, the method of approach was used, as the partitions of propositions have already been put by the doctrine of an in-depth analysis on the subject. You had to do the procedure for the data collection, the document, the literature, the literature, the literature, the articles, the articles, and the articles. In a doctrinal and jurisprudential analysis, the following was discussed on the foundations of international law, especially the Consolidation of Labor Laws, a Federal Constitution of 1988, and the Conventions of the International Labor Organization. A dose in addition, may the fact that it is possible to cumulation of the additional dictators, when the facts geratives distinguished, being the done of both are both additional.

A dose in addition, may the fact that it is possible to cumulation of the additional dictators, when the facts geratives distinguished, being the done of both are both additional.O objetivo do presente trabalho é analisar a possibilidade ou a impossibilidade dos trabalhadores receberem de forma cumulada os adicionais de insalubridade e de periculosidade, haja vista os diversos entendimentos da doutrina e da jurisprudência. Inicialmente, foram levantados os aspectos históricos do Direito do Trabalho, abordando a segurança e saúde do trabalho. Em seguida, os respectivos adicionais foram conceituados, sendo explicadas suas características próprias. Para tanto utilizou-se o método dedutivo quanto à abordagem, pois se partiu de proposições gerais já definidas pela doutrina diante uma análise profunda acerca do tema. Já quanto ao procedimento para coleta de dados foi utilizada a pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, uma vez que, foram utilizados tanto fontes primárias como secundárias, exemplo de livros, artigos, revistas tendo como objetivo de buscar a resposta ao questionamento proposto. Após uma análise doutrinária e jurisprudencial, foi discutido se os adicionais poderiam ou não ser cumulados, tendo em vista o ordenamento jurídico brasileiro, em especial a Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho, a Constituição Federal de 1988 e as Convenções da Organização Internacional do Trabalho.
