Aplicabilidade de treinamento de CRM para médicos e enfermeiros em helicópteros ambulância single-pilot

Resumo: This work aims to encourage air medical transport operators using helicopters with single crew to adopt training practices additional to the legal requirements regarding the interaction between the medical team and the pilot to mitigate risks of takeoff and landing operations in not approved landing zones. Characterized as an exploratory research with documents and bibliographical findings through the use of books, manuals, regulations and theses related to accidents and safety in hems operations. The approach used was qualitative. By analyzing data from international and national studies related to hems operations it is concluded that a significant number of accidents occur on landing or takeoff procedures, in addition to ground maneuvers, to the not prepared landing zones. The knowledge of aerodynamics of rotorcraft, together with the standardized training of communication between medical staff and pilot are essential for the accomplishment of missions without compromising safety beyond acceptable levels. The ems helicopter is a safe and essential life support tool but the urgent characteristic of the air medical flight must be taken into account during the training of teams to avoid jeopardizing the integrity of all on board due to the impulse to accomplish the mission.

Caracteriza-se como uma pesquisa exploratória, com procedimento bibliográfico e documental por meio de livros, manuais, regulamentos, relatórios de acidentes aeronáuticos e teses relativas a acidentes e segurança nas operações aeromédicas. A abordagem utilizada foi qualitativa. Ao analisar os dados de estudos internacionais referentes a operações aeromédicas com helicópteros conclui-se que um número significativo dos acidentes ocorre em procedimentos de pouso ou decolagem, além das manobras de solo, nos locais não preparados ou homologados. O conhecimento da aerodinâmica de aeronaves de asas rotativas, conjuntamente com o treinamento padronizado de comunicação entre equipe médica e piloto são fatores essenciais para a execução das missões sem comprometimento da segurança além dos níveis aceitáveis.
