Brazil has shown a significant increase in the number of judicial demands verified over the last few years, in order to congest the flow of judicial proceedings, which was faced with great difficulty in fulfilling all demands. Thus, all forms of adoption of alternative conflict resolution measures need to be promoted. Thus, the objective of the present study was to evaluate the application of systemic law, and family constellations in Brazilian law. To develop the work, the deductive method was chosen, carried out through a qualitative research, of the explanatory type, through the monographic procedure with bibliographic research techniques and theoretical reference on the subject. It was found that, in Brazil, conflict transformation methods, despite being stimulated in recent years, still do not have an expressive data survey, and for this reason, the study of the theme is of great relevance. The research carried out shows that through the application of the principles in family law, together with the laws of systemic law developed by Bert Helling, the family constellation can reach the root of the conflict to transform it, bringing harmony and balance to those involved, if showing an advantageous method not only for the parties, but also for the State and for the lawyers for being faster and more effective.
