Environmental preservation is a global concern, but the crimes committed against the environment are more and more present in our daily lives. It is necessary that everyone do their part to keep this good so precious and necessary, thus we developed the design of a system of environmental crimes, thereby facilitating cooperation and active participation of society and environmental protection. The system is designed to reduce bureaucracy and facilitate the realization of a complaint, since most people were unaware of the steps to be followed. The system features an easy to understand layout, so anyone with internet access can make a complaint without difficulty, and confidentially. The system features are designed according to the profile of the user in ways that everyone can interact and get information on actions taken. In developing the system, it was chosen tools and technologies already known previously, that facilitate development, such as Eclipse, Android Studio, Enterprise Architech, Angle, 8 Java and Apache Tomcat. The prototype was evaluated by potential users who had some computer knowledge so they could evaluate the teaching of the presented system and its usability. Finally, we present the results of the evaluations and conclusions on such work done.
