Resumo: This qualitative research has the goal of correlating the current text and the new text of Regulatory Norm 18, tracing a comparison with the purpose of identifying, through specialized sources on the theme, the benefits and main changes between both versions of the norm. This research was made during the year of 2020, before the implementation of the new text that will take effect on february of 2021. The theoretical basis discussing the results was bibliographic, using the texts of both versions of the norm, as well as authors with an understanding of this acting area. The results obtained by the elaboration of this essay were the indentification of the main features and benefits proposed with the new text of the regulatory norm 18 in correlation with the current one.

Essa pesquisa foi realizada no decorrer do ano de 2020 antes da implementação do novo texto que entrará em vigor a partir de fevereiro de 2021. A base teórica para a discussão dos resultados foi bibliográfica, utilizando os textos das duas versões da norma, como também autores com entendimento nessa área de atuação.
