Resumo: This study aims identify the existing occupational risks an dairy industry located in the south of Santa Catarina, Brazil. Through the industrially process and visits to the industry, observed the risks and analise according harzadous chemical agents. The study intend to understand all datails of the process and to list all the production areas since raw material arrival to stock at the finish product, to check machines and equipments envolved in the activities; worker and environmental exposure that is important questions to this study about Larbor Safety. Observing any facts, for example, the lack training, no utilizing protective equipament that are condition that put in risk the worker health and accidents. The risks occupational at the industry are physical, ergonomic and accidents.

The risks occupational at the industry are physical, ergonomic and accidents.Este estudo teve por objetivo identificar os riscos ocupacionais existentes em uma indústria de laticínios localizada na região Sul de Santa Catarina. Através do acompanhamento do processo produtivo, com a realização de visitas a indústria, foi possível identificar estes riscos e analisá-los de acordo com a verificação de seus agentes. Entender detalhadamente o processo, realizar um levantamento de todas as áreas de produção, desde a entrada da matéria prima até o estoque do produto final, averiguar as máquinas e equipamentos que participam das atividades e analisar a exposição dos trabalhadores no ambiente de trabalho, foram questões de suma importância para o desenvolvimento deste estudo relacionado à Segurança do Trabalho. Alguns fatores observados, como por exemplo, falta de treinamento, a não utilização correta dos equipamentos de proteção individual por parte dos trabalhadores, são condições que induzem comprometimento da saúde do trabalhador e a ocorrência de acidentes.
