Having in view that nowadays the airlines are looking for to increase the safety of flight. Research on Crew Resource Management (CRM), to show how important was the implementation of this system in aviation, therefore, was necessary a change in the style of work of the crew, leaving the commander to be a figure that would generate fear to your coworkers for a leader, where his paper is also to know how to listen and filter information that can help him to maintain the safety of the flight. So that this could happen, the company have had to totally change the way to train their crew and years later, is´s possible to notice the result in practice, since the amount of accidents decreased after the implementation of this system. In this work, were also treated issues such as: Leadership and team work showing the best way to form a team to work with their leaders maintaining the safe operation within an airline. In this case, we used the bibliographic methodology.
