This work aimed to analyze the efficiency of the use of the CRM tool over the years in civil aviation and to consider a possible application of this tool in general aviation, including also theoretical courses for training pilots. The research can be considered as exploratory, having as material analyzed books, magazines, documents and official reports, in addition to an online survey with filling out a form. Taking into account the analyzed data, it was possible to conclude that 70% of air accidents occurred due to some human errors, which were caused by poor communication in flight, lack of management of the available resources in the cabin, among others as studied. At the end of the research, it is possible to observe the great effectiveness of CRM in large airlines and other aviation areas, where those who have knowledge of the tool claim to have had positive impacts on flights, as well as the acceptance of the aeronautical community regarding the implementation proposal of courses aimed at the application of this tool in theoretical and practical courses with a view to the emergence of a new qualification in RBAC 61, this being named as a multiple crew license.
