The present undergraduate thesis had as general objective to understand how the lack of parts in the supply directly damages the aerial operation in the 2nd Air Force Training Squad of the Air Force Academy, located in the city of Pirassununga, in the countryside of the São Paulo state. The Air Force Academy, T-25 Universal aircraft, the maintenance and the supply were evidenced in the research. As specific objectives, the number of inspections performed by T-25 Supply and Maintenance Division, the description of the supply inventory management, and air effort analysis of the 2nd Air Force Academy Instruction Squad were studied. It is characterized as an exploratory research with documentary and bibliographic procedure through books, manuals, regulations and technical instructions. The approach used was qualitative and quantitative. At the end of the research, it is concluded that the lack of spare parts for T-25 Universal aircraft influences the maintenance process, thus directly affecting the aerial operation of the 2nd Air Force Academy Instruction Squad.
