The moment engineering has been experiencing, by global level, could not withdraw to impact the technologies, and particularly Civil Engineering. Inside these technological contributions, Ventilated facades stands out. In this way, the primary objective of this academic work is to observe, in the real life, how do the costs of ceramic coating adhered, and the ventilated facades behave. To succeed in this objective, was used qualitative method, in those exploratory, descriptive and interpretative bias. Satisfy, evidently, explain that the quantitative method was not excluded. Was observed that the initial investment is bigger when compared with ceramic coating adhered. However, over the time, considering the maintenance of occurs in a longer space of time, the costs attenuate, transforming the ventilated facades in competitive diferentials deep-rooted at the technological arsenal at the market. Besides that, cannot be forgotten the environmental impact of the system, which is significantly smaller when compared to the traditional system. Equally, generation of the solid waste are reduced. So, can be deduced, trough the field research, that the esthetically of the ventilated facades are pretty much better, when compared with the traditional system. These facts, with no doubts, represents a huge attractive to the realties who uses that system. Synthesizing, contemporaneity of the ventilated facades represents the compatibilization of the engineering and the technological world.
