This study demonstrates the management concepts regarding planning, organization, direction, and control to support companies to improve their activities. Further, it shows the management tools and methods related to the type of techniques and methodology so that managers can resume the information and read the failures that have occurred. Among the various tools in the literature, it were chosen 6M's, FMEA, NADSO, PDCA, and 5W2H. The respectively they deal with methods that facilitate the identification of the major causes of problems, it allows failure mode and effects analysis, determine the acceptable level of performance security, establishes the successive application of the improvement activities allowing to verify, evaluate and reevaluate and make improvements in the processes. Finally, through reflective questions about the management or execution of the action plan, the managers have the possibility to mitigate errors and find solutions. The study covered air charter companies which means public air transport on demand which through hypothetical-deductive research methodology within the scope of the National Civil Aviation Agency - ANAC and the application of a directed questionnaire highlighted the problem regarding the correct compliance with aeronautical regulations in order to training and qualification of the crew. In the analysis of the problem it was listed the fine procedures classifying the triggering event which attached to an application of a research questionnaire. It was suggested that the companies that were facing these kinds of problems in the area of operations and their respective training and operational control sectors, beyond crews members somehow they had their training deficient and differing from what was required by regulation, even though they were scheduled to exercise their function as a pilot. At the time, the use of management methods as a tool to assist managers in making decisions was demonstrate, measuring the risks of failures, managing improvement projects and identifying the main cause of the problem. The conclusion made it possible to demonstrate the use of these tools in fine procedures related to errors resulting from non-compliance with the requirements of the aeronautical regulations, supplementary instructions and in particular the Brazilian Civil Aviation Regulation - RBAC nº 135.
