The main goal of this essay is to analyze the possibility of retification dejudicialization and change of the natural person civil name. The survey methodological design used the deductive approach method. About the level, it classifies as exploratory survey, since it will seek a simple knowledge and study about the area. The approach will be qualitative, as it will be interpreted the legal scholars subjective ideas about the theme, and quantitative because it will analyze the data collected through forms, but it will not restrict only in numbers. The procedure to the data collect will be bibliographic and documentary. The first will seek to understand the knowledge of the legal scholars about the theme, which are the positions and thoughts about the civil name, the retification and the alteration of the civil name and the possibility of dejudicialization, besides the role of the notary service in the society and in the means of access to justice, that will help to understand the second procedures, which will be the data collect, the documentary, recognizing law suits of civil retification of the Public Court from the district of Tubarão/SC. The procedure for data analysis, noting that the survey will have qualitative approach, and quantitative, for the qualitative research, it will seek to understand the theme’s subjective aspect, about the name’s formation and characteristics, its legal nature, the dejudicialization possibility, the registry office as an access to justice, and for the last one it was created a graphic with the collected variables. The survey obtained results point out that the applicants achieve the intended retification and alteration. Finally, it concludes that there is a dejudicialization possibility of the retification requests and the change of the natural person civil name.
