The purpose of this research is to understand the main physiological aspects of the human body and about the medical equipments in the aeromedical transport and, also, to identify the regulations of this air activity, specifically. The methodology used was descriptive research with a qualitative approach. As for data collection, it is a bibliographical research. It served as a basis the work of authors such as João de Carvalho Castros (2012), Thais Russomano (2012), Jorge Ilha Guimarães (2013) and Roy Dehart (1996), along with documents on the regulations of the Brazilian civil aviation. As there are still many gaps in the production of studying material about the subject, from data analysis it has been verified that when exposed to certain altitude, the following is being influenced: a) human body, hypoxia, decompression sickness and hypothermia as the main; and b) medical equipment onboard, including those on pressurized aircraft. Identification of the regulation of this activity and the main problems the human body experiences when exposed to altitude, come as a result. It is also possible to understand the reason to have electronically controlled breather and infusion bombs for flux control on required medical equipment onboard.
