Resumo: The present term paper aims to clarify the prevention approaches practiced by aeromedical transport companies in order to protect their crew and patients who use this means of transport. The related research is a descriptive and explanatory project, using a bibliographic procedure as well as a field research to achieve a qualitative analysis, through the development of an online form, which was sent to the selected companies. by the author. After the field research, it was possible to perform the data analysis based on the information previously collected in articles and official notes and compared with the actions developed by the companies in the industry. We conclude that aeromedical transport can be an important tool to assist in the care of patients suspected or infected with the New Coronavirus. It is possible to ensure the protection of the patient and the team through the use of the correct protective equipment, as well as an effective cleaning of the aircraft.

It is possible to ensure the protection of the patient and the team through the use of the correct protective equipment, as well as an effective cleaning of the aircraft.O presente trabalho tem por objetivo esclarecer as abordagens de prevenção praticadas pelas empresas de transporte aeromédico a fim de proteger sua tripulação e os pacientes que utilizam esse meio de transporte. A referente pesquisa, trata-se de um projeto de cunho descritivo, utilizando-se de um procedimento bibliográfico bem como uma pesquisa de campo para alcançar uma análise qualitativa, através do desenvolvimento de um formulário online, o qual foi enviado às empresas selecionadas pelo autor. Após a pesquisa de campo foi possível realizar a análise dos dados baseado nas informações coletadas previamente em artigos e notas oficiais e comparado com as ações desenvolvidas pelas empresas do ramo. Concluímos que o transporte aeromédico pode ser uma ferramenta importante para auxiliar nos cuidados do paciente suspeito ou infectado pelo Novo Coronavírus.
