Aviação experimental brasileira: um olhar sobre a incidência de acidentes

Resumo: | This research aimed to understand the dynamics of the incidence of accidents in Brazilian experimental aviation and what are the main contributing factors for these occurrences. It is characterized as an exploratory research with bibliographic and documentary procedure through books, articles, reports, regulations, laws and Final Reports published by the National Center for Investigation and Accident Prevention (CENIPA). On this institution's website, relevant results were collected on the occurrences in experimental aviation through the application of suitable filters available. Dozens of final accident reports have been studied in detail in this segment of aviation published by the agency in the last five years. The approaches used were quantitative and qualitative. Data analysis was performed using graphs and tables, analyzed in order to conclude which is the main contributing factor to the increase in the incidence of air accidents in experimental aviation in the last decade. The graphs resulting from the number of annual aeronautical accidents were correlated to the normative evolution of Brazilian experimental aviation, where there were trends of falling occurrences soon after the most relevant changes in regulations, however, in all cases, the numbers of accidents increased again after some time, even when analyzed in proportion to the continuous increase of the experimental fleet. At the end of the research, it is concluded that the ignorance and non-observance of aircraft safety limits, that is, the recklessness and inability of pilots, mostly inexperienced, were the main contributing factors for the occurrence of aviation accidents in experimental aviation in Brazil in the last decade. |

Caracterizou-se como uma pesquisa exploratória com procedimento bibliográfico e documental por meio de livros, artigos, reportagens, regulamentos, leis e relatórios finais publicados pelo Centro Nacional de Investigação e Prevenção de Acidentes (CENIPA). No site dessa instituição, colheram-se resultados relevantes sobre as ocorrências na aviação experimental por meio da aplicação de filtros adequados disponíveis. Estudaram- se detalhadamente dezenas de relatórios finais de acidentes neste segmento da aviação, publicados pelo referido órgão nos últimos cinco anos. As abordagens utilizadas foram a quantitativa e a qualitativa. Analisaram-se os dados por meio de gráficos e tabelas, com objetivo de concluir qual foi o principal fator contribuinte para o aumento da incidência de acidentes aéreos na aviação experimental na última década. Os gráficos resultantes do número de acidentes aeronáuticos anuais foram correlacionados à evolução normativa da aviação experimental brasileira, nos quais se observaram tendências de queda de ocorrências logo após as mudanças mais relevantes nas regulamentações; porém, em todos os casos, os números dos acidentes voltaram a subir depois de algum tempo, mesmo quando analisados em proporção à frota do segmento.
