This work has a qualitative research with an exploratory approach in order to demonstrate the importance of the implantation and to evaluate the fulfillment of the measures foreseen in the annexes I and II of the NR 35 in five construction companies of Greater Florianópolis, in October 2020. The Regulatory Norm - 35 establishes the protection measures and the minimum requirements for work at heights, involving from planning, organization and execution, in order to guarantee the safety and health of the workers directly or indirectly involved with this activity. During the research, the investigation was carried out through a questionnaire applied in the form of an interview with the technician responsible for each work, in order to collect data on the use of personal protective equipment, the difficulties of implementing the standard and the benefits obtained after its implementation. implantation.
