This conclusion research has been the subject of a qualitative research on the benefits and difficulties of Regulatory Standards, where the entire purpose is to guide the safety measures in work at height, being this characterized by two meters above the soil. The research was applied in four construction companies acting in the region of Greater Florianópolis - SC that have the Specialized Service in Safety Engineering and in Occupational Medicine (SESMT), characterized by the minimum of one hundred employees and degree of risk three. Based on direct questions, an interview with specialized technicians and the students observations through the checklist, the research presented results described during the elapse of this research, where as to collect data on how NR 35 is implanted in the daily life in the company, the Difficulties and benefits of it. Information as the NR 35 orientation is realized, equipments inspection, warnings about the incorrect use or non-use, as well as direct questions on the supervision of the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) were enforced. The conclusive intention is to demonstrate the benefits of the equipments used in NR 35, in item 13 of NR 18, Measures of Protection against Falling Height, for the knowledge of the authors of this research, the companies and all other interested parties.
