The present monographic work has as objective to analyze the efficiency of the female prison system of shark, with relation reeducation and reinsertion of the reeducated in the society. As for the level, descriptive research was used, which aims to discover and observe phenomena, trying to describe, classify and interpret them. The method used was the deductive, which, starting from a universal proposition, seeks to reach a specific conclusion. The approach of the present work was quantitative, which makes feasible studies based on information collected from a group of people, regarding the problem studied. The means used for data collection was the survey, so that information obtained from a group of people about the problem studied was analyzed. The results obtained with the study showed that the resuscitation assistance provided for in the Criminal Execution Law is effectively applied in the shark Women's Prison, since all are offered in the prison, however, not reaching all the reeducation. It was therefore concluded that even if the assistance is implemented and that it contributes to social reintegration, it needs to be expanded to reach all those who need it.
