This research has as its theme the brazilian standards applied in e-commerce and the simultaneous product exchange in order to approach which and how brazilian laws are present in the shopping virtual environment and how are the procedures for exchange in it, mainly the simultaneous exchange. That is where this work will make clear if there is the consumer possibility to receive a new product exchanged when the faulty one is collect by the company where it was bought, at the same time or not. At this work, the monographic procedure and research techniques methods used are bibliographic and documental. The research method in terms of its nature of qualitative. In the first beginning, it will encompass the Consumer Defense Code (CDC) with the purpose to contextualize the law by mentioning its emergency, conceptions, main principles and theories. Besides the subject analysis about internet will be done. Following that sense, it will be mention the World Wild Web emergence, the Civil Rights of internet and its principles and the general protection of personal data law. About this law that still being in a period of vacancy, a brief approach will be done by the aim of showing its emergence and how companies will need to adjust themselves to the new law. This research will see, at its main search the e- commerce advent, kinds of it, which are the rules applied and how the exchange procedure, mainly simultaneous exchange is done in this virtual shopping environment. This way the work makes clear how important are the rules applicability in e-commerce as well as its effectiveness of conflict resolution between consumers and suppliers coming from consumer relations. Finally, the work has its objectives achieved measuring the response of conflict according to doctrine, articles and company website.
