Resumo: Currently in Civil Construction, several cases of early customer complaints after the delivery of the works become frequent, making the buyer uncomfortable and dissatisfied, and losses and rework by the construction company. Problems usually happen due to unqualified labor, improvisations during execution and lack of supervision, causing pathologies such as leaks, humidity, mold, detachment of general coatings and the like. Given this, this work has the purpose of guiding construction professionals in the execution adjustments, proposing a set of details and procedures that can help in this situation. The good practice process begins with the analysis and identification of executive failures during our experiences obtained in the internships. Therefore, we define a quality methodology based on case studies, standards, articles, books and the internet, in order to obtain good results through good practices.

Os problemas geralmente acontecem devido a mão de obra desqualificada, improvisos durante execução e ausência de supervisão, ocasionando patologias como vazamentos, umidade, mofo, desplacamento de revestimentos gerais e afins. Diante disto, este trabalho tem o propósito de orientar os profissionais de construção nos ajustes de execução, propondo um conjunto de detalhes e procedimentos que possam auxiliar nesta situação. O processo de boas práticas se inicia a partir da análise e identificação de falhas executivas durante nossas experiências obtidas nos estágios.
