This monograph was elaborated with the general objective of presenting and analyzing the Brazilian regulations in force for Remotely Piloted (drones) Aircraft, which is still little known by the public, the operators themselves and, above all, to emphasize the importance of having legislation and be fulfilled. Through this work it is possible to observe the importance that exists in the user to comply with the legislation that despite being recent is of paramount importance in order to avoid numerous risk situations for those who use the air space as well as on the ground. Therefore the study wants to emphasize the importance of knowing these rules before using the equipment (drone). For the elaboration of this, the study is characterized as scientific research of the bibliographic type. The instrument of data collection is based on publications of documents emphasizing information from the Aeronautics Command, National Civil Aviation Agency and Air Space Control Department, as well as other articles related to the operation and regulation of Remotely Aircraft in the scope of our country, Brazil. In the course of the research are presented the solutions created and applied for the implementation and regulation of the flight of a Remotely Piloted Aircraft. It is concluded that although the drones have a varied range of utilities, at the same time this can pose risks to manned aircraft as well as to people in ground when there is improper use, so once again emphasized the importance of legislation and that this is properly observed.
