Estudo comparativo entre telhas onduladas de fibrocimento e telhas onduladas ecológicas

Resumo: In Brazil, corrugated tiles are the most used to cover large spans, since they are considered lightweight tiles that are easy to handle and have larger dimensions compared to conventional tiles. Currently the ecological tile is recognized as a new option of construction market. The objective of this term paper is to show a comparative research on the efficiency of ecological corrugated tiles and fiber cement through a bibliographical study about the tests of simple bending rupture loading and economic viability. In order to realize this study, we used data obtained through the manufacturers through a budget of each tile studied. Through a bibliographical research, it was possible to realize a comparative study between these tiles, and it was possible to emphasize that the ecological tiles have a simple flexural strength, being considered three times bigger than the asbestos cement tiles. In the budget with the obtained data, the asbestos cement tile has a value of 6,98% smaller than the ecological tiles. The companies manufacturing corrugated fiber cement tiles are the leaders on the market´s world moving billions of reals on the construction. The bending load of the ecological tiles is approximately three times as high as the asbestos cement tile, therefore, the ecological tiles have a better performance and a durability, however the cost of the ecological tile is higher, compared to the fiber cement tile.

Atualmente a telha ecológica é reconhecida como uma nova opção no mercado da construção civil. Este trabalho teve como objetivo realizar uma pesquisa comparativa da eficiência das telhas onduladas ecológicas e fibrocimento através de um estudo bibliográfico sobre os ensaios da carga de ruptura a flexão simples e a viabilidade econômica. Para realização desse estudo, utilizou-se dados obtidos por intermédio dos fabricantes por meio de orçamento de cada telha estudada. Através de pesquisas bibliográficas foi possível realizar um estudo comparativo entre essas telhas, e pôde-se destacar que as telhas ecológicas possuem uma resistência à flexão simples, sendo considerada três vezes maior que as telhas de fibrocimento. Já no orçamento com os dados obtidos, a telha de fibrocimento tem um valor de 6,98% menor que as telhas ecológicas. As empresas fabricantes de telhas onduladas de fibrocimento são as líderes no mercado mundial movimentando bilhões de reais na construção civil.
