Resumo: In the present study is discussed the theme "Possibility to grant stability to the employed who is adopter of children and adolescents." OBJECTIVE: To examine the possibility of granting stability to the employee who adopts a child or adolescent, even during the period of notice work or compensation. METHOD: To achieve this goal we used the deductive method, since to reach the conclusions that solve the proposed problem, we start from a general premise, ie the questioning of the possibility of granting stability to the employee who adopts a children and adolescents and, thus, through the study of doctrines, laws and jurisprudence, we arrive at a conclusion regarding its possibility. CONCLUSION: this study it was concluded that the legislature can ensure this stability by means of a specific law, but if it does not follow social progress can be predicted in normative instrument arising from collective negotiation, applying this to the adopter for being the norm more favorable to the worker.

OBJETIVO: analisar a possibilidade da concessão da estabilidade para o empregado que adota uma criança ou adolescente, ainda que durante o prazo do aviso prévio trabalhado ou indenizado. MÉTODO: para alcançar tal objetivo foi utilizado o método dedutivo, uma vez que para chegar às conclusões que resolvem o problema proposto, parte-se de uma premissa geral, ou seja, o questionamento acerca da possibilidade da concessão da estabilidade para o empregado adotante de criança ou adolescente e, dessa forma, através do estudo de doutrinas, jurisprudência e leis, chega-se a uma conclusão referente à sua possibilidade.
