The Pedra Branca neighborhood nowadays does not provide a restricted infrastructure to the students of Unisul and a place that boost their entrepreneurship. Therefore, the purpose of the project is to propose a student housing with incubator; contributing to their growth and academic background. It was used cases studies and theoretical references survey to gain a broader understanding about the topics covered and to acquire knowledge about the needs that the residents/students have. The results reveal that spaces need to provide privacy, comfort, with living areas to boost the social integration, with sharing knowledge and experience among the different courses. At the end, it is concluded that is not sufficient projecting residence and permanence places without being applied the main conditionings that users need.
