Comparação de custos de material de uma obra de pequeno porte em alvenaria estrutural em relação a alvenaria convencional

Resumo: | The constructional method in structural masonry is increasingly becoming an ideal form for constructions in Brazil, so that its constructional method happens more quickly and generally obtains a reduced cost than the conventional method in reinforced concrete. This is explained by the fact that its execution phase is more simplified, however, need a special initial attention, and the constructive material needs great care in order to reduce waste and possible unnecessary losses, thus collaborating with the economic and environmental items that are important in every work. Therefore, the present research seeks to analyze the technical and constructive aspects, as well as the use of materials, in order to perform a detailed analysis of economic differentials in a two-floor work in two different construction methods, which would be a structural masonry with blocks ceramic and other in reinforced concrete. A bibliographic research was carried out. In addition, visits were made to the work and a visual observation of the applied methods, case study with photographic information, in a quantitative approach, in a comparative study of descriptive level. The diagnosis of the results shows that the structural masonry has a slight advantage due to a faster production, compared to the time proposed for the work, because while in the reinforced concrete it is indispensable to lift the frames, which would be the structures between beam and pillars for after the closing stages, hydro and electric, in the structural masonry with ceramic blocks, these steps are carried out simultaneously. In terms of finishing, structural masonry also overlaps with the fact that it allows a more precise finish, avoiding waste and reducing the total value of the work. In this way, it is concluded that the structural masonry of ceramic blocks entails and significant constructive and operational advantages, in similarity to the constructive method in reinforced concrete, nevertheless, the constructive method of structural masonry still has insufficiencies that only the reinforced concrete could supply, starting from this assumption in some situations only the reinforced concrete would be viable. |

Isso se explica com o fato que sua fase de execução é mais simplificada, no entanto, precisam de uma atenção inicial especial, e o material construtivo necessita de um grande cuidado, a fim de reduzir desperdícios e possíveis perdas desnecessárias, colaborando, desta maneira, com os itens econômicos e ambientais que se faz importante em toda obra. Por tanto a presente pesquisa busca analisar os aspectos técnicos e construtivos, além de utilização de materiais, afim, de realizar uma análise detalhada de diferenciais econômicos em uma obra de dois pavimentos em dois métodos construtivos diferentes, que seriam uma obra em alvenaria estrutural com blocos cerâmicos e outra em concreto armado. Realizou-se uma pesquisa bibliográfica, além disso, foram realizadas visitas a obra e uma observação visual dos métodos aplicados, estudo de caso com informações fotográficas, em uma abordagem quantitativa, em estudo comparativo de nível descritivo. O diagnóstico dos resultados demonstra que a alvenaria estrutural leva ligeira vantagem em função de uma produção mais rápida, em comparação ao tempo proposto para a obra, pois, enquanto no concreto armado é indispensável levantar os pórticos, que seriam as estruturas entre viga e pilares para depois ocorrerem as etapas de fechamento, hidro e elétrico, na alvenaria estrutural com blocos cerâmicos, essas etapas se realizam de maneira quase que simultânea. No quesito de acabamentos, a alvenaria estrutural se sobrepõe também pelo fato de permitir um acabamento mais preciso, evitando desperdícios e reduzindo o valor total da obra.
