This research aimed to identify a relationship between the concepts of corporate resource management (CRM) and the dynamics of the operation of sailing flights. It was characterized as descriptive research with the bibliographic and documentary procedure through books, articles, and regulations, under a qualitative approach. During the work, the routine of flying sail operations in Brazilian clubs is presented, in order to demonstrate how the concepts and skills related to teamwork are present. A discussion was presented among pilots about how the glided flight can generate a false sense of operational safety in this environment and data on occurrences on Brazilian instructional flights in recent years was pointed out. Theoretical models were presented that involve the corporate resource management, their definition, current focus, and elements that should direct the scope of training, relating them to the flight operation in gliders. In order to summarize the importance of ideas, an accident was addressed in which the good management of the team was an essential point for the prevention of a more serious occurrence, relating it to the flight in sailplanes. At the end of the research, it is concluded that the aviator can use a dynamic that involves sailing flight as a teaching and learning tool about concepts present in corporate resource management.
