Revestimento de argamassa convencional e de gesso reciclado projetado: um estudo comparativa

Resumo: The present theses intend is to analyze the viability of the replacement of conventional mortar coating by projected recycled plaster. The construction sector is constantly perfecting and creating new methods and procedures in the execution of works in order to improve the performance and materials used, especially in environmentally responsible ways. The most commonly used internal coating system is that of conventional mortar, however gypsum has been conquering its space in the construction due to its peculiar characteristics and similarities to cement as a binder. In view of this, a comparative study was carried out in the south of Santa Catarina, where aspects of productivity, quality, time and costs were considered. The monograph was descriptive, with data collection through primary and secondary sources, and the results, analyzed qualitatively based on a bibliographical and quantitative to compare the productivity and cost of both systems. Lastly, the results obtained were: in terms of costs the projected plaster stood out being a cheaper option; in terms of productivity, plaster also became a more effective solution; however, by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages, the conventional coating system stands out due to the culture of the region. Nevertheless, it is concluded that the projected plaster has more benefits than the conventional method.

O setor da construção civil está constantemente aperfeiçoando-se e criando novos métodos e procedimentos na execução de obras, com intuito de melhorar o desempenho e materiais utilizados, especialmente a partir de formas ecologicamente corretas. O sistema de revestimento interno mais utilizado é o de argamassa convencional, todavia o gesso vem conquistando seu espaço na construção devido às suas características peculiares como aglomerante. Diante deste quadro, foi realizado um estudo comparativo no sul de Santa Catarina, onde foram considerados os aspectos de produtividade, qualidade, tempo e custos dos dois tipos de revestimento interno, convencional e com gesso projetado. A monografia é de caráter descritivo, com coleta de dados através de fontes primarias e secundárias e os resultados foram analisados de forma quali-quantitativa, embasados em levantamento bibliográfico, com comparação da produtividade e custo dos dois sistemas. Por fim, os resultados obtidos foram: em termos de custos o gesso projetado destacou-se sendo uma opção mais econômica; em termos de produtividade o gesso também se tornou uma solução mais eficiente; porem analisando as vantagens e desvantagens, o sistema de revestimento convencional sobressai, devido a cultura da região.
