Resumo: Considering the complex rheological behavior of mortars, in the fresh state, its rheological characterization is a factor of great importance to ensure its performance in the hardened state. The Squeeze Flow and Pull Out Flow tests are extremely effective in the rheological characterization of these mortars. Together with the basic measurement diagrams in the Taguchi statistical method, it was possible to relate to influences of the rheological behavior of the adhesive mortar with its final performance. Evaluating the influences of the properties of the adhesive mortar in the fresh state and its relation to its performance in the hardened state. In contrast with the proposed methods for assessing the workability of fresh mortars, considering tests with a single point, the characterization of the complex rheological behavior can be considered as a dosage criterion to be considered with significant relevance.

Os ensaios de Squeeze Flow e Pull Out Flow, são extremamente eficazes na caracterização reológica destas argamassas. As curvas de Força vs. deslocamento, possibilitaram a análise de propriedades reológicas que não são expressas com os requisitos dos ensaios normatizados. Juntamente com os diagramas de dosagem baseados no método estatístico de Taguchi, foi possível relacionar as influências do comportamento reológico das argamassas colantes com seu desempenho final, avaliando as influências das propriedades da argamassa colante no estado fresco e suas relações perante seu desempenho no estado endurecido.
