Resumo: The objective of the present study was to evaluate and present the case study of the Analysis of the Injection Sector of Intelbras S/A using the Toolbox of Processes of Industry 4.0. It focused on evaluating the sector and presenting the result according to the chosen tool. In order to make possible this work, researches were carried out on the historical context of Industrial Revolutions, as well as, in-depth study on the Toolbox of Process of Industry 4.0. The study contemplates a bibliographical revision based on the unique methodology and application of tool developed by German company. It was held the presentation of the parts injection sector of the company Intelbras S/A. Finally, the results of the study were described based on the requirements suggested by the tool.

A fim de tornar possível esse trabalho, foram realizadas pesquisas sobre o contexto histórico das Revoluções Industriais, bem como, estudo aprofundado sobre a ferramenta Toolbox de Processo da Industria 4.0. O estudo contempla uma revisão bibliográfica com base em única metodologia e aplicação de ferramenta desenvolvida por empresa Alemã. Foi realizada a apresentação do setor de Injeção de peças da empresa Intelbras S/A.
